Face-to-face Counselling in East London - Online & Telephone Counselling across the UK
Discover Your Path to Wellbeing
Everyone’s Mental Health Matters
📊 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year (Mind, 2023).
👥 1 in 8 men in England live with common mental health issues like anxiety or depression (NHS, 2022) — yet men are often less likely to seek support.
✨ Whoever you are, you don’t have to face it alone.
Is This You?
Do you ever feel like you’re meant to be “holding it all together” on the outside, while struggling inside?
Are you living with anxiety, low mood, or the aftermath of a relationship breakdown?
Have you been through big changes and found yourself unsure where to turn?
Do you sometimes feel different, misunderstood, or frustrated because of neurodivergence?
Would it help to have a space where you don’t have to keep it all bottled up?
Hi, I’m Sophie, and I’m so glad you’re here.

“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.”
